While my primary interest and focus lies in sculptural work, I've been known to dabble with some function ware like jars, bowls, and even cups!
The Beetle Jars are my line of ‘dysfunctional’ function ware. As a mostly sculptural artist, I find that even my attempts at regular pottery objects have a life of their own and very distinct personalities. I'm not usually concerned with practicality, the decorative aspect plays a much bigger role in my creative choices.
