All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal, this is all done securely via Wix's platform and Stripe.
I respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email, or shipping address to any third party.

All items will be shipped via Canada Post with tracked shipping only - orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped out.
Once I send out the order it's out of my control - COVID - 19 is still causing some delays and shipping estimates may not be accurate.
You'll be able to track your package at the Canada Post website www.canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301 and provide them with your tracking number to get more info on the location of your package.
I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses - I ship to the address provided by you (the customer) - refunds for your order cannot be made due to this mistake. Please double-check these details at checkout!
In the event where the package is returned to me due to address error - I will refund the cost of the ITEM only; I will not be refunding postal fees.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
If you choose to pick up your item at my studio in London, Ontario please get in touch to arrange a time that suits us both. Most of the time I'll be available for pickups Monday - Friday between 10 am - 6 pm.
ITEMS MARKED AS "GIFTS"
I've been asked a few times to mark items as gifts, and while I'm happy to do so - I'm still required to fill out a customs form (for international orders) with the value and item description which goes on the outside of the box. So please be aware of that :)
I take on some commission work every now and then depending on my availability and the project you have in mind. Feel free to get in touch with me and we can discuss it.
All sales are final. I do my best to photograph the work so that it's an accurate representation of each piece, but ultimately, translating a three-dimensional piece of work into a 2-dimensional photograph is never going to be perfect. Please keep in mind that the image color may appear differently depending on your computer/phone screen.
If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact me asap and send a picture of the item and the box. I will give you a full refund or exchange on item only - shipping fees will not be refunded.
As you can probably guess my work is quite fragile and should be handled with care. My works of art may have sharp points and/or small parts that could be hazardous for small children, and therefore should not be treated as toys.
I suggest using a compressed air duster to keep the work dust free.
All work should be displayed indoors only unless otherwise stated in the individual item descriptions.
