Beetle Series 

The wallhanging Beetle Series is an ongoing and ever-changing line of work that I first started developing in 2017 after I moved to Canada.

I rented an apartment in an older house, and during the summer I noticed a few strange bugs getting inside. Naturally, I googled them to find out what they are! Turns out they were brown marmorated stink bugs. This led to more research and exploration of the strange and wonderful world of insects.

Small Beetles measure to approx. 3.5” x 3”, while larger ones are approx. 5” x 5”, depending on individual pieces.
